Thank You Letter from AFP Central Command to Foreign Military/Donors

The AFP Central Command has posted the following letter from Central Command Commander Lt. Gen Roy Deveraturda to his foreign military counterparts from the US and elsewhere. Nice of the AFP to do this — a well meant and well-taken acknoweldgment of the international effort.
